The Route M bridge over the North Little Fork Creek in Jasper County northwest of Alba will be CLOSED beginning the week of June 2, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
The bridge is one of two on Route M that are part of a deck replacement project. The second Route M bridge crosses Colliers Branch Creek east of County Road 194. It will also close at a later date when contractor crews begin work on its deck.
Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the work zones. Motorists will need to find alternate routes around the closings for the duration of the project which is scheduled to be completed by August 8.
