Former Carthage police officer indicted by Oklahoma grand jury

Teresa Lashmet, the Miami police officer indicted by the federal grand jury in this story by KOAM's Liz Holliday, worked as a dispatcher for the Carthage Police Department for three years and is a graduate of the Missouri Southern State University Police Academy. KOAM TV 7

    So, what about the officer that administered the flying face kick on a subdued and non-combative suspect? Do what you want to violate the law and human rights, just don't get caught lying about it, right? Watch the complete video, read the indictment, and tell me you don't smell rotten trash? Are you smart enough to spell scapegoat?
