Neosho woman arrested for DWI, assault after injury accident

A Neosho woman was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony assault following an injury accident 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Jaguar Road four miles south of Neosho.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Pamela Bradshaw, 34, Neosho, ran off the roadway and overturned with both Bradshaw and her passenger, William L. Bradley, 27, Neosho, being ejected.

Bradshaw suffered serious injuries and Bradley moderate injuries, according to the report. Both were taken to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.

In addition to DWI and assault, Bradshaw was cited for careless and imprudent driving, no seatbelt, displaying the plates of another, and no insurance.
