Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:05 p.m. Friday on Indian Creek Road one mile east of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 GMC Jimmy driven by Alikima W. George, 30, Anderson, traveled off the roadway, struck an embankment and a fence and overturned.
George suffered moderate injuries, while a passenger, Weinder James, 36, Anderson, suffered minor injuries. Both were treated at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
George was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, driving while revoked and no insurance.
