Arraignment set for woman charged with DWI with three children in car

A 9 a.m. October 7 arraignment has been scheduled for a Pineville woman who was cited for driving while intoxicated following an April 24 accident in which she and three children who were passengers in her car were injured.

The accident occurred on Route E in McDonald County, one mile from Simsberry.

According to the Highway Patrol, a 1997 Ford Explorer driven by Laci D. Daniels, 29, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.

Ms. Daniels received minor injuries, as did two passengers Kristopher Neil, 2, and Raiden Neil, infant. A third passenger, Haven Johnson, 5, received moderate injuries.

All four were taken to Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas, for treatment.

In addition to felony DWI, Ms. Daniels was charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and misdemeanor charges of careless and imprudent driving and no valid driver's license.
