A Golden City teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:25 a.m. Monday on Route T, six miles east of Lamar.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Ford Windstar Van driven by Shandale V. Counts, 18, Golden City, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway, and struck a tree.
Counts was treated at Barton County Memorial Hospital, Lamar, for moderate injuries.
