Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)

On Friday, March 16th, 2018 at 2:05 pm.... Jasper PD officers conducted a knock and talk at 501 East Lexington St. in reference to a tip received that drug activity was occurring at the residence, mainly methamphetamine.

Contact was made with John O’Shea who resides in Jasper. During a search, officers located a torch along with a zip up pouch that contained a baggy with suspected meth inside and a glass pipe with white powder residue.

O’Shea was arrested and transported to the Jasper County jail.

The above address has been reported by citizens in the area. If you see anything suspicious or know any further information, please contact Chief Chad Karr @ 417-483-6261.

Take a stand against meth and other illegal drugs by keeping your eyes and ears open and reporting things to law enforcement. We all must work together in making sure “drug houses” don’t last nor thrive in our city. We LOVE making contact with folks involved in meth and other illegal drugs. So please, once again, report things to us so we can get on top of the problem. Thanks

Note: O’Shea is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
