Fugitive Friday- Jason Upton, 30, of Quapaw Oklahoma.
Suspect has recently been staying in the Galena, Kansas area. Upton is described as 6'0, 190 pounds,brown hair, hazel eyes. Suspect is wanted for Rape, Kidnapping and other dangerous felony charges.
