9/10/2018 Matthew E Spurgeon 27 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd Degree.
9/11/2018 Jimmy L Nichols 35 of Everton, MO was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
9/12/2018 Shannon M Matlock 21 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
