Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision 11 a.m. today on MO 39, one mile south of Greenfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo driven by James A Stidham, 51, Lockwood, struck a 2005 Ford Taurus driven by Roberta K. Myers, 77, Greenfield, head-on.
Stidham was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, to be treated for serious injuries.
Myers was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
