According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Dodge 1500 pickup driven by Michael T. Osburn, 51, Lincoln, Arkansas, ran off the roadway and overturned, ejecting the driver.
Newton County Coroner Dale Owens pronounced Osburn dead at 1:35 a.m.
The fatality was the 95th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
