Southern Theatre to present A Christmas Carol

Southern Theatre will offer a production of Charles Dicken’ “A Christmas Carol” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, through Saturday, Nov. 23, in the Bud Walton Theatre at Missouri Southern State University.

The timeless classic tells the story of miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, who comes face-to-face with the life he has lived through visits by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.

The production is directed by Dr. Jim Lile. The cast features more than a dozen Missouri Southern students as well as three community members.
