The research done by a Missouri Southern State University professor – on mountain lions – is featured on the next edition of “Newsmakers” on KGCS-TV.
Biology professor, Dr. Kyle Gustafson, sits down with host and KGCS general manager, Judy Stiles, to discuss the work with which he was involved. His research tied into studying genetics, along with other researchers looking at the challenges facing the animals in California.
The show will begin airing nightly the week of January 12. It will also air on Saturday, January 18 at 5:30 a.m. on KOAM-TV – and is currently posted on the station’s YouTube channel, “KGCS Missouri Southern.”
KGCS programming can be seen on channel 21. It is also available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications. The station operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
