Seneca Police arrest man who appeared to be on drugs for disorderly conduct

On 1/2/20, Officer Housley was dispatched to a suspicious person at Washington/Billings.

The subject was very irate and wouldn’t listen to commands. The subject was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Newton County Jail. 

The suspect appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.
