Caught on video- woman breaks into Joplin school bus, steals kids' belongings

(Update: The woman who was caught on video entering a school bus and stealing children's belongings has been identified and charges are pending, according to the Joplin Police Department. The JPD removed the video.)

On February 10, 2020 the female in this video broke into a school bus and stole items belong to multiple kids.
