Search continues for man who robbed 15th Street Wal-Mart

On February 12th, 2020 at 5:50 pm, JPD was dispatched to 1501 S. Range Line Rd for a strong-armed robbery. 

Upon arrival, officers learned that a white male entered the business and passed a bill asking for change. 

Once the money drawer was opened, the suspect demanded money. The suspect was given cash and he fled from the scene. 

A perimeter was set and a JPD K9 responded to the scene for a search. 

At this time, the male suspect has not been located. 

Detectives with the Joplin Police Department are currently investigating this theft. Updates will be released as they become available.
