According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Rachel L. Buss, 17, Liberal, ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, Mykala A. Kennedy, 18, Liberal, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
