According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Dodge Caravan driven by Destiny R. Patterson, 28, Rocky Comfort, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and struck a tree.
Patterson was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
