According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Lincoln Town Car driven by Kyle W. Daniels, 36, Neosho, made a left turn in front of a 2020 Tao Tao scooter driven by Sarah R. Kerr, 41, Webb City.
Kerr was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.

Webb City woman injured in collision near Neosho
