According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1994 Honda 4Trax ATV driven by Kenneth G. Creese, 67 Rocky Comfort, was southbound in a pasture and struck a deep ditch, overturning and ejecting Creese.
McDonald County Coroner Jonathan Fletcher pronounced Creese dead at the scene at 8:45 p.m.
The fatality was the 42nd this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
