A Neosho man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:25 a.m. today on Highway H, five miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Chevrolet Lumina driven by Kevin D. Millikin, 36, Neosho, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
Millikin was airlifted to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, to be treated for serious injuries.
