A Joplin man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 9:43 p.m. Thursday on Apricot Road, one mile south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2017 Ford Fusion driven by Joseph D. Pryor, 29, Joplin, failed to stop at a stop sign, overturned and hit a tree.
Pryor was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
