A Diamond man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 12:50 a.m. today on Route V in Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Corey S. Cline, 21, Diamond, left the roadway and struck a ditch.
Cline, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving and for not wearing a seat belt.
