According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Freightliner tractor truck driven by Darius L. Youngblood, 48, Midwest City, Oklahoma, traveled into the median and struck the cable barrier.
Youngblood was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
