A Stella woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7 a.m. today on Highway W, three miles west of Butterfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Kelsey D. Milliken, 24, Stella, traveled off the right side of the road, returned to the roadway, overcorrected and overturned.
Milliken was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
