A Carthage woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 11:40 a.m. Thursday on MO 249, one mile east of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Jeep Patriot driven by Job A. Boatright, 22, Joplin, struck the rear of a 2016 Ford Escape driven by Santos E. Ordonez-Garcia, 39, Carthage.
A passenger in the Ordonez-Garcia vehicle, Lus M. Fuentez-Lopez, 26, Carthage, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
