(From the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office)The Barton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has filed charges against Dustin Dshane Milligan following an investigation by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office, for allegations involving a child less than 12 years old.
Milligan, 47 years old, of Lamar, Missouri, is charged with a class A felony of child molestation in the first degree, a class B felony of sexual abuse in the first degree and a class D felony of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree
Milligan is currently being held in the Barton County Jail with a $100,000.00 cash only bond.
