A Pineville man was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 10:44 p.m. Thursday on Route JJ, eight miles south of Rocky Comfort.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Ford F150 driven by Jonathan E. Cogbill, 44, Pineville, left the roadway and struck a rock wall.
Cogbill, who was also cited for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to register his vehicle, possessing the plates of another and for not wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Cassville.
