According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Lincoln Town Car driven by Curtis L. Daniels, 26, Pineville, ran off the left side of the roadway and collided with a tree.
Daniels, who was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, failure to display valid plates, no valid license, no insurance and no seat belt, was treated for moderate injuriess at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
