A Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:55 a.m. today on I-44, at the 18.2 mile marker.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Ram 1500 driven by Robert L. Cockrell, 73, Carthage, traveled off the roadway and struck a ditch.
Cockrell was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
