Hit-and-run driver seriously injures pedestrian on 43 south of Joplin
A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian, Howard B. Stump, 41, Greenfield, 9:45 p.m. Monday on MO 43, one mile south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Stump was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
