According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Toyota Corolla driven by Johny D. Reyes-Garcia, 19, Carthage, ran off the roadway, struck an embankment and trees.
Reyes-Garcia, who was also cited for driving while suspended and failing to stop at a stop sign, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
