...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
MIDNIGHT CST THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 4 and 10 inches and ice accumulations around
  one quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas. Portions of central, east
  central, south central, and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...From Midnight tonight to Midnight CST Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of
  snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic
  power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and
  evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. In Kansas, call 5 1 1 for road
