...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas. Portions of central,
  southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until Midnight CST Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel will become very difficult if not impossible at
  times. The hazardous conditions and will impact the Thursday
  morning commute.  Blowing and drifting of snow will also occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. In Kansas, call 5 1 1 for road
conditions.  In Missouri, call 1-888-275-6636 for road conditions.
