According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Mazda 3 driven by Chad N. Scantlin, 24, Galena, Kansas, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, Roseanna L. Ralston, 30, Chillicothe, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
