Nigel B. Ketcher, 37, Seligman, driving while intoxicated (drugs), intentionally inhaling the fumes of a solvent, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, no seat belt

Cruz L. Dixon, 31, Stockton, felony resisting arrest, careless and imprudent driving, Wright County felony warrant for probation violation, Wright County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on traffic charge, Ozark County misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on no insurance, no valid license and failure to register motor vehicle

Erick D. Studyvin, 34, Carl Junction, felony leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated, no seat belt, no insurance, failure to drive on right half of roadway
