A Carthage man was injured in a two-vehicle collision 5:05 p.m. Saturday on eastbound I-44 at the 18 mile marker.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Nissan Titan driven by Yuli O. Lopez Ramirez, 37, Green Forest, Arkansas, was attempting to merge onto I-44 and a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Morgan A. Frisinger, 19, Carthage, was attempting to exit I-44 when the Ramirez vehicle struck the rear end of the Frisinger vehicle causing the Frisinger vehicle to hit the guardrail.
Frisinger was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Carthage.
