(From the Baxter Springs Police Department)April 18, 2023 at approximately 7:15 am while on patrol a Baxter Officer ran a Colorado license plate that came back that it was reported stolen.
Officers were told by dispatch that the suspect was known to be armed and dangerous.
The Baxter Officers conducted a stop on the vehicle and the suspect and vehicle were both taken into custody without incident.
