A Joplin man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 7:25 a.m. today on Route NN four miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Autocar Xpeditor garbage hauler driven by Jr. L.Kelley, 31, Joplin, was attempting to turn around in the roadway and was struck by a 2008 Dodge 1500 driven by Ronny K. Gorham, 54, Joplin, who was blinded by the sunshine.
Gorham was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
