According to the Arkansas Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred at State Highway 23 and County Road 102, when a 2014 KTM motorcycle driven by Dennis Gacus, 46, Carl Junction, going at a high rate of speed, hit the passenger side of a car that was making a left turn.
Gacus was ejected from the motorcycle and landed just off the east side of the highway. The other vehicle, which is not described in the report, traveled further off the east side of the highway before coming to rest.
