05/23/2023 Officer was contacted in reference to an Adult Protection Order Violation. Paperwork was submitted to the prosecuting attorney’s office for charges of Violation of Adult Order of Protection.
 
05/24/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Maple St in reference to a call for assistance. A report was made to the Missouri Elderly Abuse Hotline regarding theft and neglect of the resident.

05/24/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop near 6th and Truman. Driver was in possession of methamphetamine. The methamphetamine will be sent to the Missouri State Crime Lab for further testing, paperwork will then be submitted to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney in consideration of charges of possession of methamphetamine.

05/25/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop near 15th & Poplar. Driver was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.

05/24/2023 Officer investigated a past tense theft in the 500 block of W. 11th. Investigation continues.

05/25/2023 Officer responded to NW 1st Ln regarding a theft not in progress. Investigation continues.








05/25/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop near 13th & Grand. Driver was arrested, transported to the Barton County Jail and issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. The suspected methamphetamine is to be sent to the lab for further identification.

05/25/2023 Officers arrested a subject in the 700 block of Parry on numerous felony warrants. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Barton County Jail. Subject was in possession of a clear baggie with a crystal like substance which will be submitted to the crime lab for processing.
