According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Mackayla C. Rodriquez, 22, Lamar, ran off the right side of the road, struck the ground and came to rest next to a creek.
Rodriquez was treated for minor injuries at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
