05/10/2023 Officers responded to the 700 block of W. 9th for a theft not in progress. Investigation continues.

5/10/2023 Officer was contacted regarding someone going through a citizen’s vehicle. Investigation continues.

5/11/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Maple for a domestic disturbance. Paperwork was sent to the Barton County Prosecting Attorney for charges of Harassment in the 1st Degree.

05/11/2023 Officer went to the 700 block of Broadway in reference to a past tense domestic assault. An emergency ex-parte was filed and paperwork was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for charges of Assault Domestic 3rd Degree.

05/14/2023 Officer responded to the 1000 block of Truman regarding a theft from a vehicle. The stolen item was later located by the owner.

05/14/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Poplar for a domestic assault that just occurred. Parties separated for the night.
