(From Lamar R-1 School District)Yesterday afternoon, we gathered to honor and celebrate the remarkable career of Dr. Zach Harris!
Dr. Harris will be retiring after 19 years of dedicated service to Lamar R-I School District. He has served as our Superintendent for the past 10 years and prior to that, Assistant Superintendent and East Primary Principal.
The district would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Harris for his dedication to students, his leadership to the district and for the countless memories he has shared with all of us. His impact will be felt long after he leave these hallways, and his legacy will serve as an inspiration for generations to come!
To honor Dr.Harris’ service, the district will be naming the street behind East Primary (bus loop), Dr. Zach Harris Drive!
