A Joplin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 9:40 a.m. today on MO 86 at Route P five miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Ford Escape driven by Patricia R. Meintel, 75, Joplin, failed to yield and pulled into the pathway of a 2015 Hyundai Elantra driven by Jacob R. Fry, 20, Neosho.
Meintel was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
