10/16/2024 Citizen walked into the lobby of the Police Department to report his 1997 Lincoln Town car was stolen in the 1000 block of Mill St. Investigation continues.

10/17/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Truman St for a report of a found bicycle. Bicycle was recognized by the owner and returned to owner.

10/17/2024 Officers were dispatched to the area of Broadway and 11th St regarding a semi-truck that had struck a utility pole. Report was taken.

10/18/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Mill St. regarding a report of trespassing. Suspect was issued a summons for trespassing.








10/19/2024 Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with improper tags. Officer recognized passenger as a person with an outstanding warrant. Passenger was placed under arrest and transported to the Barton County Jail.

10-19/2024 Officer conducted a traffic top near Cherry St. & 11th St. The plates on the vehicle checked to a different vehicle. Driver consented to search of vehicle; drug paraphernalia was found. Driver was issued citations for fail to register, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. .
