Three people were injured in a three-vehicle accident 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on MO 86 eight miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Chevrolet 500 driven by a 38-year-old Stella man struck a 2010 Subaru Outback driven by a 35-year-old Anderson woman, then crossed the center line and hit a 2012 Ford Explorer driven by a 28-year-old Fairview woman.
A passenger in the Chevrolet, a Pineville man, was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
The drivers of the Chevrolet and the Ford Explorer were treated for serious and moderate injuries, respectively, at Mercy Joplin.
