A Bonner, Arkansas man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 1:30 p.m. today on I-49 one mile north of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Harley Davidson Electra driven by a 41-year-old Bonner man traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a post and overturned.
Jasper County Coroner James Harrison pronounced the driver dead at the scene at 1:44 p.m.
The fatality was the 100th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
