(From the Joplin Police Department)
On May 08, 2015 at 11:51 a.m., the Joplin Police Department responded to 2600 St. John's
Boulevard in reference to a citizen’s report of a person lying on the ground.
Officers
located a deceased subject at that location.
Investigators determined that the 60-year old male had sustained serious physical
injuries as a result of riding a bicycle off of a retaining wall.
Prior to police arrival, the
subject, William Huddleston, 60, Joplin, had expired as a result of the injuries.
