A Webb City woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 6:46 p.m. Saturday on Lone Elm Road, two miles south of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chrysler Town and County Minivan driven by Jessica J. Truelove, 31, Webb City, drove off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned.
Truelove was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
In addition to DWI, Truelove was charged with no seat belt, no insurance, failure to display valid plates, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
